We have well equipped material drying system from one of the best in the field and german made melt pump installed on each extruder for uniform flow of the melt material. Also all machines are equipped with automated laser gauge systems to measure and control each and every dimension of any extrusion profile.

Separate Lab for testing of raw materials and finished goods multiple times in a batch. With the facility to accommodate the tests such as Hardness Test MVR test, Burst pressure test, Bulge test, Pressure hold test

Hence all our instruments are well calibrated and we work as per the ISO standards which makes our management more precise and accurate and hence our product supply system with minimal chances of rejection or error and helps us maintaining the quality of our product.
